All show fees listed below must be in the Banner Farms office BEFORE horses are shipped or prior to the first day at home. Trainer expenses will be divided equally among clients and due on or before the last show day of each show.
Groom Charge: (show days and/or work days) $50.00/day + tip
Groom Charge (one day shows) $60.00/day + tip

Charges apply from the day horses ship & include day horses return Includes: Grooming, feed and bedding care, bathing, wrapping and all horse care. Does not cover tack rooms, fee/bedding cost, shipping, groom tips or trainer expenses.
Trainer Day Charge (show days and/or work days) $60.00/day

Includes: Trainer coaching & show assistance
Charges begin on the day the horses leave Banner Farms and continue through day of return.

Horses not in Training
$50.00/show day
Ring Fee only $75.00/day
Includes: Ringside coaching only. Care of the horse must be on Banner Farm’s schedule.
 
Shipping preps, wrap and load (owner not present) $30.00/trip
Shipping trunks and/or equipment $25.00 per show

ADDITIONAL FEES:

**Hotels and expenses…trainer/staff expenses necessary for horse shows will be charged to the clients. Rates based on accommodations and costs divided equally among client’s horses.  Tack Room and Groom Stalls will be split among client’s horses at the show.

*****Be sure to remember to tip the grooms*****

**Riders are also responsible for additional costs, as needed, which may include the following: Trailer fee, Stall fee, bedding costs, etc.**
