Judging
ClinicsOFFSITE CLINIC STRUCTURE AND RATES FOR CECE YOUNGER Example: 3 sessions x 5 riders x US $75 = US $1,125.00 (per day). Application of this rate must meet or exceed a guaranteed minimum of US $800 per day. The clinic organizer is entitled to any amount charged in excess of my fees and expenses. |

| Expenses: - Travel expenses, accommodations and meals during the clinic, are to be provided. Either an extra US $60 for ground transportation to and from the airport or, alternatively, the cost of parking at the airport, will be added to air travel expenses. | |
Sessions: - Each session is for approximately 2 hours with a suggested maximum of 3 sessions per day. However, four 1 1/2 hour sessions per day are possible. There is a limit of 6 riders per session. The riders in each session should be matched as well as possible by: (1) their degree of proficiency and (2) their interests--hunters, jumpers, eventing and/or dressage. Each rider must attend the first session and should remain in the same session with the same horse each day as each group has its own progressive theme throughout the clinic. As the clinic is technical; jumps will be at a comfortable size. Suggested Times: - 9:00 a.m.to 11:00 a.m.; 11:00 a.m.to 1:00 p.m.; lunch; 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. |

| Spectators: - The clinic organizer may charge a spectator fee (for example, US $10 per person per day.) Riders are not required to pay a spectator fee. Each rider is entitled to one guest who may watch for free. Any money from the spectator fees can be used by the clinic organizer to help pay for the clinic giver's travel expenses. Any amount from the spectator fees, in excess of travel expenses, will be divided equally between the clinic organizer and the clinic giver. | |
Lectures: The clinic giver charges US $30 per person for evening lectures. The clinic organizer is entitled to charge an amount in excess of this. Suggested lecture topics include:

| ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR PROTECTIVE HEAD GEAR, BREECHES AND BOOTS. All riders (or parents/guardians of riders who are minors) will be required to sign a release discharging the clinic organizer and clinic giver from liability in connection with the clinic. | |

Cece Younger is a "r" licensed USEF judge in hunters, equitation and jumpers. Her standard daily rate starts at $375.00 plus $.35 cents per mile for gas, plus meals and motel when necessary.
